ZA SERIES

ZA series are high-performance fans. Field of operation: Low fl ow rates. Medium-high pressures. Blade type :Curved radial blades, open. Applications : For pneumatic transport of solid materials mixed with air, sawdust and wood chips; also suitable for filaments which would block a reversed blade closed fan.Standard fluid temperatures: -10÷+60°C. Type of construction: Fan in Fe360 plate, impeller in Fe360 statically and dynamically balanced.  Operating specifications: Condition of inlet air T=20°C, 0 m above sea level and ?=1.205 kg/m3. Noise level: Expressed as sound power L w A [dB(A)] measured in free field with ducted fan, Orientations: No.8 RD (clockwise viewed from transmission side) and No.8 LG. Fan in bolted orientable version for sizes 400-630, with front support and so not orientable for sizes 710 and above with transmission drive, always orientable for directly coupled fans without front support.Fan start-up: During start-up the fan flow rate must be limited, calibrated for the fan’s maximum electrical input.

ZB SERIES

ZD SERIES

ZD series are high-performance fans. Field of application: low capacities, high and low pressures. Type of blades: open. Applications: for pneumatic conveyance of solid materials mixed with air,sawdust and woodchips; particulary suitable for fibrous materials that could clog a reverse type impeller of normal construction. Air temperature: up to 60° C standard, special features for higher temperatures. Construction specifications: rigid construction in sheet metal. Statically and dynamically balanced impellers. Working principles: condition of the ducted air T = 15° C, p = 1 atm.

ZM SERIES

ZM series are high-performance fans. Field of operation: Medium rates. Average pressures. Blade type :Straight radial blades, open . Applications: For pneumatic transport of solid materials mixed with air, sawdust and wood chips; also suitable for filaments which would block a reversed blade closed fan. Standard fluid temperatures: -10÷+60°C.Type of construction; Fan in Fe360 plate, impeller in Fe360 statically and dynamically balanced. MA SERIES 

MA series blower are suitable for liquid fuels burners, pneumatic conveyor sistems and for all applications requiring quite small flow rates with high pressures. Standard execution blowers are provided with edged steel sheets casings,carbon steel base frames, radial blades painted impellers and 2 poles electrical motors. Transported fluids can reach maximum temperature of 80°C for standard execution; for special executions maximum values of 180°C are allowed. On demand, special stainless steel execution are available; MA blowers are available also according to ATEX directive (94/9/CE).

MSpa SERIES

MS series blower are suitable for exhaust gas suction sanding or for moving plastic materials. Standard execution blowers are provided with alluminium cast casings, forwarded blades galvanized or radial blades carbon steel impellers and 2 poles electrical motors. Transported fluids can reach maximum temperature of 68°C for standard execution; for special executions maximum values of 180°C are allowed. On demand, special execution according to ATEX directive (94/9/CE) are available.
