RING-SHAPED AXIAL FANS MP SERIES
MP series axial blowers are suited for applications requiring clean or slightly dusty air. Transported fluids can reach minimum temperature of -20°C and maximum temperature of +60°C. This limit can be exceeded for special arrangements. They find their application at the extremity of the plant they refer to. Dryng, refrigeration, food processing industry, naval industry and other industrial fields like these last ones are just some examples. The heart of MP series is its conveyor. Built with proportional thick needs, small size, it can have different models as many types of blowers, rim etc as occasion may require. Thanks to the radius at the tip of conveyor it can have high efficiency and low noisiness. Assembled to the electrical motor and to the conveyor CIESSE series high wind impeller are applied, they have andiron profile both mono rotation sense and reversible.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
Large-scale round ring-shaped conveyor is available in carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 304 and 316 and aluminium. Protection net, motor and impeller side, is made of carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304, its built according to UNI EN ISO 12499. High efficiency and iron profile impellers are made of plastic (polypropylene, glass filled nylon) or aluminium. Balances done according to UNI ISO 1940 regulation. For standard execution the electromotor has IP 55 protection, CL F insulation, EEF2 efficiency, S 1 service, tropicalized, each one built according to IEC / EEC (UNELMEC) laws. Executions 4 and 5 are available with motors above said.
